We produce a wonderful tasting goat cheese from goat milk produced by our Alpine, La Mancha & Nubian dairy goats. Our goats are fed free choice hay grown on our ranch. They are milked twice a day and given a 16% dairy mix in the milking parlor. Every batch of cheese is made with top quality milk.
